Full Harvest Moon-Sept 10th
There’s a full moon coming up this Saturday! Let’s take a look at some correspondences to give ideas and inspiration for what spiritual activities you might like to try. :)
First a little background:
The full moon that happens closest to the autumnal equinox (Sept 22) is referred to as the Harvest Moon. The light and fullness of this moon will last through the weekend from about Friday until Sunday. Since the moonrise happens soon after sunset, it provides ample bright moonlight which traditionally aided farmers in harvesting their summer crops, hence the name Harvest Moon.

Metaphysically, this Full Harvest Moon in Pisces is a good time to create change aided by a heightened sense of intuition and self-awareness. This moon may bring exciting and unexpected opportunities and with the increased intuition and self awareness, you can overcome any conflicts, challenges or difficulties by trusting yourself and keeping a positive, open mind. This may also be the time to harvest what you’ve planted in past moon cycles and celebrate all you have and how far you’ve come. Some kind of gratitude practice is always a good idea. :) This is also a powerful time for protection magick, banishing, healing, cleansing, charging and fulfilling your heart’s desires.
